Transfers

Jebale!

Well, It was a quick transfer here in Mengo! I am staying with my comp! This will be his 6th transfer here making a total of 9 months here, but he is cool with it. We have some people progressing and getting ready for baptism. John Bosco is one. He is really awesome. He should be baptized this coming week hopefully. There is not a lot to report. Time is just flying! My comp hurt his foot pretty bad last Monday playing soccer, but we only missed Tuesday. The rest of the week was pretty good!

Well, not much else. I love you all. Keep being awesome!

Liahona Miracle

Jebale!

Well, it was a pretty good week! We had an amazing Zone Conference on Friday! It was way inspiring. Just what I needed to get myself more focused on the work! And then on Saturday, we had a really cool experience:

Saturday morning we had some appointments planned. As we called in the morning, we no longer had appointments. So we went to do some finding. We were walking and I felt like we should go try to see one of the appointments. He wasn't there. And then we knocked on a couple more doors. At one of the doors a man opened with nothing but a towel. We were a bit hesitant but he invited us in. When we got in, my companion found a May 2014 General Conference addition of the Liahona. He told us that he had saw a kid ripping it up a week or so ago and he asked him for it. He had read a little bit of it and liked it. Crazy, right?! but then, we started the lesson and then I saw it. On his wall he had the centerfold with all of the General Authorities on it!! It was such a cool moment. We explained more about all of it and set a baptism date! However, he didn't come to church this week, but I am sure he will come this coming week!

Well, that was basically all this week. I love you all! Keep doing what is right!

Just Mengo

Jebale!

Honestly, there is not much to report this week. We had a pretty good week! I love my district so much! We have a lot of fun! The work is moving slowly. We have one very serious guy named John Bosco. He has come to church twice and has a baptism date for the 5th of March. I am sure he will make it. I love the work. I love all of you!

Lumpy Neck

Jebale!

Well, it was a pretty good week. My left gland got super swollen on Friday and so I went to the Doctor on Saturday. It was a viral infection or something. But it is basically better now. But anyways, the work is going good. We have a ton of people to teach. We get into a lot of houses, but the problem is progressing and getting people to come to church. But I know that there are people out there who are ready for it.

Today we had a fun activity with the zone. We made some food and had a Book of Mormon Showdown between the two districts and we won by half a point! It was way fun! Other than that not much happened. Love you all! Keep on choosing the right!
